If you're trying to access your profile or log out of ChalkTalk but cannot see your initials in the bottom-left corner of the screen, you're in the right place. This guide provides a quick and simple solution.
The Cause: Your Screen is Zoomed In
This issue almost always occurs because your web browser's zoom level is set too high. When the view is oversized, it can push the profile icon off the visible area of your screen.
How to Fix It: Zoom Out Your Browser
The solution is to zoom out your screen to make everything fit. Follow these simple steps:
Look for the three dots (โฎ) menu icon in the top-right corner of your browser window (this applies to Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and most other browsers).
Click on the three dots to open the settings menu.
Find the Zoom setting in the menu. You will see a percentage and plus (+) and minus (-) buttons.
Click the minus button (-) once or twice to zoom out. As you do, keep an eye on the bottom-left of your ChalkTalk page.
The profile icon with your initials should reappear in the corner. You can now click on it to access your profile or log out.
