Also, you may need to reset your password which you can do by yourself following this guide.

Q2: What can I do to fix this?

A: We recommend using Google Chrome as your browser for the best experience. It's fast, secure, and works seamlessly with ChalkTalk. If you don't have Chrome, you can easily download and install it for free.

Part 2: Clearing Cache and Cookies for Better Performance

Q3: My ChalkTalk seems slow and glitchy. What can I do?

A: Over time, your browser collects temporary data like cookies and cache, which can slow down ChalkTalk. Clearing these can help improve your experience.

Q4: How do I clear cache and cookies? A: Clearing cache and cookies is easy. Just follow these steps based on your browser:

  1. Google Chrome:

    • Click the three dots in the top-right corner (menu).

    • Go to "More tools" and then "Clear browsing data."

    • Select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."

    • Click "Clear data."

  2. Mozilla Firefox:

    • Click the three lines in the top-right corner (menu).

    • Go to "Options" and then "Privacy & Security."

  • Select “Storage” in the developer’s top menu.

  • Select “Local Storage” in the developer’s left menu.

  • Right-click your site(s) and click "Delete All."

Safari:

  • Click the Develop menu and choose Web Inspector.

  • Select “Storage” in the top menu.

  • Select “Local Storage” in the developer’s left menu.

  • Click your site(s) and click the trash icon at the top.

Microsoft Edge:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
