Part 1: The Common Cause: Student is in the Wrong Section! πŸ”„

Often, students are enrolled in multiple ChalkTalk sections (e.g., SAT Prep + Algebra 1, or last semester's class). If they are logged in and looking at the wrong active section, they won't see the right assignments, and their work won't show up for you!


Part 2: The Quick Fix: Ask the Student to Check! βœ…

  1. Have the student log in.

  2. Ask them to look at the top of their dashboard to see which section name is currently displayed.

  3. If it's the wrong one, they can click on the section name to open a dropdown menu of all their sections.

  4. Instruct them to select the correct, active section for YOUR class.

Once they switch, the page will refresh, and everything should match up perfectly! πŸŽ‰
