This article will guide you through the process of adding and editing tests on ChalkTalk, providing step-by-step instructions and useful tips to help you get started.
How to edit a test session?
Edit a test from the tests tab:
Log in to your account.
Select the Tests tab.
Click on Edit Test Sessions.
You will see this popup screen.
Fill in the blanks using the drop-down list at each section then select Submit Test Session ⬇️
After you submit the test session, you will see a confirmation message in the top right corner
Edit a test from the calendar tab:
Select the calendar tab on the left-hand navigation bar
Drag and drop the test session to the updated testing date
Please note that you can only edit a test date to a date in between your section's start and end date and you can't edit the dates while students are testing.
How to add a test session?
On ChalkTalk, you can add up to two mid-tests.
Select the Exams tab
Click on Add Test Sessions
You will see this pop-up screen
First, select the Exam Type
Then, select the Test Duration
Then, select the number of sittings from Test Administration.
Select the Start Date you want to administer the test on.
Finally, click Submit Test Session.
