If you're a student who forgot their password or want to reset it, this article is for you!
If you are using your personal computer, we recommend selecting the Remember Me box the next time you log in to your account.
Part 1: forgetting your password
If you forgot your password, you can reset it by following these steps:
Click on Forgot your password? button on the top right of the login button.
Fill out your email and click on the Reset Password button.
Once you select the Reset Password button, you will get a message indicating that a password reset email has been sent.
Open the email, then click on the Reset Your Password button.
Fill out the new password, then click on the Set Password button. You will get a confirmation message that you have successfully reset your password and you can immediately log in to your account using the new password.
Part 2: changing your password:
If you want to change your password once you log in, follow these steps:
Log in to your account
Select the Profile section in the bottom-left of the screen, then select Change Password
You will see the Change Password pop-up. Fill out your current password and the new password, then click on the Submit button. You will get a confirmation message indicating that your password has been successfully changed.
Part 3: Asking your teacher to rest it for you:
