Quick Solutions for Login errors

If you're trying to log in to your ChalkTalk Account and you get this message

There are probably two options here:

  1. Wrong Email Address
    You can ask your teacher to provide you with the correct email address and here is a quick guide to help her do it :D

  2. Wrong Password:

    If you forgot your password, you can reset it by following these steps:

    1. Click on Forgot your password? button on the top right of the login button.

    2. Fill out your email and click on the Reset Password button.

    3. Once you select the Reset Password button, you will get a message indicating that a password reset email has been sent.

    4. Open the email, then click on the Reset Your Password button.

    5. Fill out the new password, then click on the Set Password button. You will get a confirmation message that you have successfully reset your password and you can immediately log in to your account using the new password.



    6. Or you can ask your teacher to reset it for your from their end :D and here is a guide to help them do it!
