Part 1: For Everyone (I Forgot My Password!)
If you are trying to log in but receive an error message, you likely have an incorrect email or password.
Wrong Email? * Students: Ask your teacher to check your email address in their Course Management tab.
Teachers: Ask your School Admin to verify the email associated with your account.
Forgot Password? Follow these steps to reset it:
On the login page, click the "Forgot your password?" button.
Enter your registered email address and click "Reset Password".
Check your inbox for a reset link. Open the email and click the "Reset Your Password" button.
Enter your new password, click "Set Password", and you're all set to log in!
Part 2: For Everyone (I Want to Change My Password)
If you're already logged in but want to change your password for security:
Log in to your account.
Click on your Profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Select "Change Password".
Enter your current password and your new password.
Click "Submit". You'll get a confirmation message!
Part 3: For Teachers & Admins (Helping Another User)
If a student tells you they clicked "Forgot Password" but the reset email never arrived, you can solve the problem for them in seconds.
Why didn't the student get the email?
It's in their Spam/Junk folder: This is the #1 cause. Ask them to check there first.
School District Filters: Your school's email firewall might be blocking the automated email.
Wrong Email: The student might be checking the wrong inbox.
How to Reset a Student's Password Manually:
Log in to your teacher account.
Go to the Course Management tab (on the left-hand side).
Click on the correct section that your student is enrolled in and find the student in your list.
Click the three dots (โฎ) menu on the far right of their name.
