Part 1: How to Add or Invite Students
There are two easy ways to get students into your section: using a code or sending an email invite.
Log in and navigate to the Course Management tab (it's the 3rd icon from the bottom on the left).
Select the section you want to add students to.
Click the "Invite" button!
Method 1: Using the Section Code (Easiest!)
In the "Invite students" pop-up, click the "Using Code" tab.
Copy the code and send it to your students.
What will my students do? They will log in, click "Join Section," paste the code, and click "Submit." That's it!

Method 2: Sending Email Invites
In the same "Invite students" pop-up, click the "Send Invites" tab.
You can click the (+) button to add students one by one, or you can copy/paste student details from an Excel sheet.
Click the "Send Invites" button. An email will be sent to each student with instructions.

Part 2: How to Move Students Between Sections
Need to move a student (or a whole group!) to a different class? No problem.
Go to the Course Management tab and select the section the student is currently in.
Find their name(s) in the student list.
Click the square icon to the left of their name. You can select multiple students at once!
Once they are selected, click the "Move" button that appears at the top of the list.
Choose the correct section you want to move them to and click "Submit".
The student(s) will instantly disappear from the old section and appear in the new one. ๐ช
Part 3: How to Remove a Student
If a student is no longer in your class and needs to be removed completely (and they aren't rostered via Clever/ClassLink), here's how:
In Course Management, go to the section the student is in.
Find the student's name in the list.
Click the three dots (โฎ) menu on the far right of their name.
Select "Remove" to take them out of the section completely.
Part 4: How to Reset a Student's Password
If a student can't log in, you can easily help them out.
In Course Management, find the student's name.
Click the three dots (โฎ) menu next to their name.
You have two options:
"Send reset link": This emails a password reset link to the student.
"Reset password": This lets you set a new password for them right away.
Thatโs it! With just a few clicks, you can keep your sections organized and up to date.
