Elevating educational leadership through streamlined data access and actionable insights

In the dynamic world of education, data-driven insights are the compass guiding effective decision-making. To elevate your role as a school district administrator and equip you with the tools you need, we proudly introduce the Admin Report Dashboard. This tool not only simplifies data access but also empowers you to make informed choices that enhance the educational experience within your district.

What is the Admin Dashboard?

The Admin Dashboard is a tailored solution crafted to provide school district administrators like you with a centralized hub for comprehensive monitoring, analysis, and report downloading. With its intuitive interface, the dashboard transforms complex data into actionable insights, enabling you to navigate the intricacies of education administration with confidence.

Elevating Educational Leadership through the Admin Dashboard

The Admin Dashboard provides school district administrators with a centralized, user-friendly hub for monitoring student and teacher activities. This tool helps administrators track key performance metrics, placement progress, teacher engagement, and student outcomes. With data visually broken down by school, teacher, and student, you can easily identify areas for improvement and enhance educational outcomes across your district.

Key Features:

Activity by School: Monitor the number of rostered sections, students, teachers, and key activities (e.g., lessons completed, active students).

Activity by Teacher: Access individual teacher data, such as sections taught, student performance, and adaptive sessions completed.

Student Insights: View detailed reports on student test scores, lesson activities, and progress within specific curricula (e.g., ACT practice sessions).

Adaptive Practice Sessions: Monitor student engagement and progress through adaptive learning sessions in key subjects (e.g., ACT Science and Reading).

The dashboard consolidates essential data, allowing you to filter by curriculum, subjects, and schools, enabling quick access to actionable insights that support data-driven decisions.

Glossary:

Active Teacher: Teachers who have taught or led lessons within the past 30 days.

Lessons Taught by Teachers: Teacher-led lessons where attendance is tracked or practices are completed.

Active Students: Students who have engaged with lessons in the past 30 days.

By leveraging the Admin Dashboard, administrators can make informed decisions that promote engagement and optimize the overall learning experience.

What Kind of Reports Can I Download?

The Admin Dashboard offers three types of reports, each catering to a specific phase of activity within the system:

  1. Activity Phase Reports: These reports focus on user interactions, engagement metrics, and key performance indicators. This data empowers administrators to optimize the platform for enhanced user experiences.

  2. Placement Phase Reports: This segment provides comprehensive insights into the placement test phase. Delve into detailed reports on teacher participation, completion rates, and percentage achievements in the placement tests. Utilize this data to identify high-performing educators and fine-tune your instructional staff for optimal student outcomes.

  3. Login Phase Reports: Login data is crucial for security and user management. These reports offer a comprehensive overview of teacher logins—focusing on those who logged in at least once, as well as teachers who logged in at least three times.

Where Are These Reports Stored?

All reports generated through the Admin Dashboard are securely stored under "Past Reports". This ensures that the data remains accessible, organized, and scalable. You can also download a copy of the report to your device.

How Can I Have Access to the Reports?

Accessing the reports is a streamlined process, ensuring that administrators can harness the power of data without unnecessary complexities:

  1. Authentication: Log in to the Admin Dashboard using your authorized credentials.

If you don't have an admin account yet, reach out to support@chalktalk.com for access.

  2. Dashboard Navigation: Upon logging in, navigate to the "Admin Reports" section. Here, you'll find the three report categories: Activity Phase, Placement Phase, and Login Phase.

  3. Report Selection: Choose the specific report type you require. You can filter by School to refine the data to your exact needs.

  4. Download and Analysis: With the data created, download the report in a user-friendly PDF format. Analyze the data using your preferred tools or share it with relevant stakeholders.
