Part 1: How to Review Test Scores and Reports ✍️

This method allows you to view high-level performance data, individual section scores, and detailed response patterns for your entire class.

🚨 Important Information

  • Teacher Access: Results become available as soon as students begin submitting their tests. You can view progress in real-time or deep-dive into data once the session is complete.

  • Student Access: To maintain test security, students do not have access to the full answer sheet or specific test questions at any time.

Follow these steps to review results:

  1. Navigate to Tests: Log in to your account and select the Tests tab from the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Select Your View: Locate the specific Practice Test session you wish to review. Click the dropdown arrow next to the test date to reveal the data options:

    • Scores: Click this to see a breakdown of scaled scores (e.g., ACT 1–36) for each student across all sittings (Math, English, Science, etc.).

    • Reports: Click this for a more granular "Response Analysis."

What you can see in Reports:

Once inside the Reports tab, you can toggle between different views to inform your instruction:

  • Score by Question: A color-coded grid (Green for correct, Red for incorrect) that shows at a glance which questions the whole class struggled with.

  • Response Analysis: A "deep dive" into specific answer patterns. This shows exactly which distractor (wrong answer choice) students are picking, helping you identify and address common misconceptions.

Part 2: How to Review Overall Scores πŸ“ˆ (The Big Picture Dashboard)

This method is for analyzing test scores from the "Scores Details" tab on your dashboard.

  1. On your main Dashboard, find and click on "Scores Details".

  2. Select the Subject you want to analyze.

  3. You will see two main sections:

    • Summary: This gives you a holistic view, showing Estimated Scores, Lexile Levels, and Estimated Subject Scores for your class.

    • Analyzing Individual Scores: Scroll down to the "Score Per Student" section to see each student's Estimated Score, Practice Test Scores, and (most importantly!) their Score Improvement.
